Executive Events Look & Feel | Workday at AT&T Pro Am

Workday has a large presence at many golf events around the country, where we support our many golf ambassadors. One of those events is AT&T Pro Am, hosted at the famous Pebble Beach course in California. This event was significant in 2023, as we were premiering our new Executive Events look and feel- designed by Nikki Ruzich and myself.

Look and Feel

Our main goals for the Executive Sports Events look and feel were to highlight ambassador photos, and to create something dynamic and scalable. We came up with a 4:1 pattern, made of grey and pops of color. The larger shapes, positioned behind ambassadors, reflect the motion of the golfer’s swing.

When thinking about the design of the spaces, outside of the graphics, we wanted an executive feel. We advise event managers to use a lot of wood and greenery in the space, and to have a living wall when budget permits. We introduced green (a brand color, but not a primary one) into this look and feel to connect to the course, as well as to tie into the way were were decorating the space.

The Workday Tent

At AT&T Pro Am, Workday had a tent where customers could come eat, drink, and network. I branded the walls with our new look and feel, putting our ambassadors in the spotlight. The color, and larger than life action shots, filled the space with energy!
