Workday Altitude 2022

Though I came up with the initial identity, Nikki Ruzich was the designer on this event. She built upon the brand, and implemented it throughout the space and journey, designing all assets.

Altitude is a conference which highlights our partner ecosystem with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and networking. The teams meet to review strategic plans, share new products and solutions, and build relationships. Partners are essential to the continued growth and success of Workday in the marketplace.

Altitude 2022 had about 3,500 attendees, and was hosted at Music City Center in Nashville.

Altitude 2022 Look and Feel

With a focus on partnerships, as well as the music venue, I developed a “spotlight” look and feel that highlighted the intersection of 2 shapes, and a duo of people. Lucia Astiazaran and I created musician specific illustrations for this event. I also developed a typography treatment- a mask of the intersection, which added dynamism. By using a contrast of cool and warm colors to accentuate the overlap of shapes, I emphasized the magic that happens when two things (shapes, people, businesses, etc) meet.
